The hotel is well located in Imerovigli with wonderful view. The staff is very polite and rooms are nice and very clean. All perfect!
Fantastic location looking over the Caldera with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. Breakfast each morning was excellent with an extensive choice of hot and cold options. Imerovigli is in a fantastic location away from the hustle and bustle of Fira and Oia but within easy driving/walking distance of Fira. Staff were amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel facilities (including pool area) are great.
The bathroom & shower cubicle was a little basic considering the high standard right throughout the rest of the room and hotel.
Its amaizimg place with unique seeview at up then 300 m from the see. Maybe not the best view as possible, but the place where everybody try to have a whisper talk. Far away from noise, movement. Good wi-fi signal, pretty breakfast right in the room. Perfect for honeymoon, alone some trip. Very clean, unbelievable interior, Very kindly personal and especially Sofia) ps.: Ask the fresh juice and not the instant coffee at the breakfast. I think for that price its normally ;)
Maybe not so in the center of the city and no nearest restaurant for example for evening. Take a some warm wear with you. Is about a altitude. At the evening there are some cold, windly
Staff, rooms and pool area was fantastic. We also enjoyed the daily in-room breakfast.
Although the rooms and hotel were gorgeous, the staircases were difficult to maneuver and both my friend and I are young and athletic.
Incredible! Stayed in a room with our own jacuzzi on the balcony where we could watch the sunset over the caldera. Friendly and amazingly helpful staff who provided every service you could ask for and gave good suggestions for eating in the area. On our last day of travel our ferry wasnt leaving until 2am. They not only let us keep out bags there but let us enjoy the sunset poolside and gave us towels and things to shower with before organizing a taxi for us to the port. Location in Imerovigli between Fira and Oia is perfect, on the bus line so easy access everywhere, but out of the main crowds and with its own fantastic views. Not cheap but would very highly recommend a couple of nights here for a romantic/luxurious/relaxing time in Santorini.
We got the honeymoon suite and it has two amazing jacuzzis, one inside and one outside, where we could see the sunset. The room was very large, with a great power shower, sofas, and large four poster bed.Beautiful view, although most places have the same or better view in this town or in other nearby towns. A la carte breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and helped taking the luggage to and from the room.
We had to walk up and down 140 or so steps, to and from the room every time. Although this is due to the fact the town is on a hillside you need to consider this. Not apt for the unfit! There was virtually no restaurants or anything to do around, and had to walk 40 mins in a maze of hotels, corridors and steps to get to a restaurant in Fira.It looks family run and is not very well organized. The price was exorbitant, way above the value what we got, although the area is expensive anyway. The air conditioning could not cope with the heat and the room was extremely hot and humid. Stay in Oia or Fira instead.
A great location with a fantastic view over the Caldera. Sunsets are incredible. The hotel is on a small path that links Imeroviglion to Thira which is lovely 20 minute walk away past many bars and good restaurants. The rooms are lovely and well appointed and the view in the morning and the evening is absolutely first class. Breakfast is served on your balcony between 0830 and 1130 every morning with a good selection of food. If you want a peaceful relaxing holiday for two this hotels hits the mark. The final word goes to Sophia and her tireless staff who do whatever it takes to keep you happy with no fuss whatsoever.Very highly recommended.
The view from our room was great. Having jacuzi on the balcony is more then good choice. A breakfast was also nice. The room was very spacious and welcoming. Fantastic stay especialy if you organise some siteseeing over the island. Plan to rent the car - 40-50 eur per day.
Everything- location, view, staff were great nothing was to much trouble, room service times and menu great.Sophie gave us our room til 1300 which was very much appreciated beause of our later flight out. Our room was just fantastic- spacious, comfortable and decor beautiful.
Absolutely Perfect! The best asset their people, the rest just perfect. Got upgraded to honeymoon suite and we loved it.
When the first you arrive, you will understand why it is very costly and it is worth !! Absolutely wonderful view and great hospitality, especially Sophia, she is very friendly!!! I did not have the sea ticket from Santorini to another island and Sophia made it for us nearly free of charge and we had the tickets a couple hrs later in the room. My wife did not want to leave from the moment we arrived to the end of the honeymoon. Absolute Bliss is absolutely the best choice for the honeymoon.
There is nothing special we did not like, at the time of the booking, I thought it is a bit costly, but then you arrive you see the reasons, especially after you see and check some of the ridiculous hotel pricings in Fira and Oia!
We stayed 3 nights in absolute bliss during our honeymoon. We took the villa-the most luxurious one. It has a breathtaking view and so quiet to stay. You feel like Zeus when staring at the view from the your terrace. The breakfast is served to the room. The staff was helpful.
We took the villa however the jakuzi was not working properly. It needed to be repaired and we were on honeymoon. That was not cool. Paying 300€ per night then you expect sth better. The place is fancy but make sure that everything works.
Bathroom facilities very poor. Breakfast quantity ok but quality poor. Reception at lower part of the hotel.
I stayed here for a couple of nights alone to relax after a tiring sailing trip with a few people. Why you should stay here: The staff are truly excellent staff. I received a free upgrade to a suite upon check-in without requesting it. Breakfast is served in your room (or pivate balcony) at a time of your choosing in the morning and is in a class of its own. The food is simply outstanding(Their Hellinic Pizza is a destination in intself) and is very modestly priced. I broke a glass candle holder which Ms. Sofia refused to bill me for. Location is great. Imerovigli is one of the quitest areas, not too far from Fira (5 Euros by taxi - arranged by hotel) - and with the best possible view in all of Santorini. The sun sets just infront of the hotel, which is right on the hillside overlooking the water and islands with unobstructed views of the famously beautiful Santorini sunset. You should definitely stay here.
Nothing. However, as with most hotels in Santorini there are a number of steps one has to ascend/ descend - something to consider if you require an elevator.
Staying at Absolute Bliss really lived up to its name.We were greeted on our arrival by the wonderful Sofia. She up-graded us to the Villa for 2 nights, which was a real bonus, with our own private swimming pool. She is so helpful, genuine and sincere and always cheerful. We loved the luxury of the place and the facilities, including the large shared pool and the private balcony where we had breakfast every morning. The breakfast menu is extensive and plentiful and the location is brilliant for the Santorini sunsets. Unlike certain other places we have stayed all the staff here are always helpful and friendly. A terrific place to relax and chill-out. .
